The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering offers some of the most dynamic, innovative and cross-disciplinary undergraduate and graduate programs in Canada leading to Bachelor, Master's and Doctoral degrees in both Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering.
The Department has an intensive research enterprise including an NSERC Industrial Research Chair in Fire Safety Engineering and a Canada Research Chair in the Analysis and Management of Risk Associated with Civil Engineering Applications and Practices, and a Canada Research Chair in Wastewater and Public Health Engineering.
