This material, describing the first Quebec Bridge Disaster, has been reproduced by permission from the Engineering Case Library report "ECL 270". It is an almost verbatim reproduction except that most of the graphics are missing (so far). The only changes to the text are in breaking the longer narrative into a handful of shorter pieces and adding headings to those pieces. Any harm done thus done to the excellent writing by John Tarkov is the fault of the implementor, Neal Holtz.
